clients, we offer the following
remote customer assistance programs:
1. Yearly Support Contract
- We provide unlimited support
on software for one full year
for a pre-paid fee based upon
a per site fee of $275.00 (if
you purchased your software
from us) or $375.00 (if you
did not purchase your software
from us), plus $25.00 for each
software package covered.
2. Block of Time Support
- You can pre-purchase
support in blocks of time of
4 hours ($300.00) or 8 hours
($500.00). As you call in for
support, your block time will
be used in 5 minute increments
with a 15 minute minimum charge
per incident.
3. Per Incident Support
- Support is offered on
a per incident basis for a charge
of $50.00/incident, regardless
of time required to resolve
your problem. This option is
available via credit card charges
only.
We also offer 90 Days free telephone
support with every software
purchase valued at $1,000.00
or more.

Each of the above support options
guarantees a 4 hour response
to your calls.
